NYC Auto Show Trip

If you are interested in attending this event, please email Emily Plassmann at eplassman@bnl.gov to confirm your spot by this Thursday, 3/7 and have $30 CASH by Monday, 3/11 to give to Emily. We will not be accepting Venmo.
The Maker Club will be taking a trip to the NYC Auto Show at Javits Center on Saturday, March 30. There is a cap of 20 attendees, so be sure to RSVP with Emily Plassmann (eplassman@bnl.gov) by this Thursday, 3/7.
The trip cost of $30 will include one discounted admission ticket to the show as well as a round-trip ride on the LIRR. The LIRR train ticket will follow the BERA “Do as you please” schedule of leaving from the Ronkonkoma train station on the 10:20AM train. Please be sure to arrive before the train is scheduled so that you do not miss it. In alignment to the “Do as you please” schedule, you will be given your LIRR return ticket to be used from Penn Station back to Ronkonkoma anytime on March 30 ONLY.
